Workplace Menopause Training and Consultancy

Changing the Menopause Experience for Future Generations!

Founded by Vicky Mose

Imagine How was founded with a clear purpose: to change how menopause is understood, discussed and supported in the workplace.

Our work is guided by four core values: Transformation, Impact, Meaning and Empowerment - TIME.

These values shape the practical training, consultancy and resources we provide to employers, managers and workplace teams.

We help organisations move beyond menopause awareness and put meaningful support into practice. Through workplace menopause training, manager education, in-house mentor programmes and Menopause Action Plan consultancy, we help employers build confidence, improve retention and create safer, more inclusive working cultures.

Imagine How’s longer-term mission is to change the menopause experience for future generations by improving the support available today.

Vicky Mose is the founder of Imagine How and a workplace menopause consultant, trainer and speaker.

With more than 30 years of experience across education, health, fitness, wellbeing, leadership and regulated organisations, Vicky brings together workplace expertise, evidence-based menopause education and a practical understanding of organisational change.

Her background includes psychology, teaching and training, assessment, quality assurance, governance and senior leadership. This breadth of experience enables her to support organisations with more than awareness alone, helping them create structured, practical and measurable workplace menopause provision.

Vicky founded Imagine How after the impact of menopause symptoms led her to step away from a senior leadership role. This experience revealed the urgent need for better workplace understanding and support, reinforcing her belief that no employee should feel unsupported, misunderstood or forced to step away from a career because appropriate workplace support was not available.

Her approach is practical, inclusive and people-focused. She helps senior leaders, HR teams, managers and employees understand menopause, hold better conversations and turn good intentions into meaningful action.

Welcome to Imagine How - where workplace menopause awareness becomes practical, measurable action.
